Elisha holds a Diploma in Business Operations and is certified in both First Aid and Mental Health First Aid – reinforcing her practical skills and commitment to safe, effective leadership.

With over 20 years of experience in the disability and community services sector, Stephanie brings deep knowledge, compassion, and strategic insight to her role as an NDIS Support Coordinator at Medicross Care.
Stephanie is passionate about helping people and making a meaningful difference in their lives. She specialises in supporting individuals with mental health conditions, neurological disorders, and those in aged care, drawing from both her professional experience and personal life. This unique perspective allows her to connect with clients on a deeper level and truly understand their needs.
Known for her warm, people-first approach, Stephanie builds strong relationships with clients and service providers, guiding them through the NDIS with ease and clarity. Her expertise in coordinating complex service plans ensures clients feel supported and empowered every step of the way.
Stephanie also brings a strong background in business operations, helping deliver efficient, high-quality outcomes. She holds a Diploma in Business Administration, a Certificate IV in Workplace Occupational Health and Safety, and is certified in both First Aid and Mental Health First Aid.
Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family, tending to her garden, and getting lost in a good book.
